Browns Bay Deck-

This home had a lovely deck with amazing views but the membrane system under the tiled deck area had failed. We rebuilt the substrate, applied new EPDM membrane and Futurewood Composite floating deck system to finish it all off.

Manukau Futurewood Deck-

The client here was tired of the concrete patio cracking, dis-colouring and generally not looking as good as the rest of the property. We created a floating subframe and overlaid the Futurewood composite decking system, including reinstating the original pool fence. The end result was pretty special, an amazing transformation.

Torbay Re-roof-

The aged butynol on this home was causing a few issues inside. We removed the existing cap flashings and membrane. With the original substrate being 17mm and in good condition but nailed off, we punched the nails and re-fixed the ply down with new stainless steel 10gx50mm screws. Viking EpiClad EPDM was used due to its large sheet size, meaning minimal laps throughout the membrane installation. New Colorsteel cap flashings were installed and a small amount of reinstatement to the plasterwork on the 'pop-up' were completed to finish off the job.

Castor Bay New Deck-

Our customers in Castor Bay had ideas of a much larger outdoor living space as the existing deck was oddly shaped and pretty small. Bouncing some designs back and forth and we ended up with this beauty. Complete with new stairs, some strategic retaining walls and a huge storage area underneath we created a super functional deck that will get very well used this summer!
